VEB has addressed in arbitration court of Stockholm with a claim to the Ukraine
"VEB. Of the Russian Federation " has addressed in Arbitration Institute of Stockholm chamber of Commerce against the Ukraine.
The Corporation is required to reimburse the losses caused to the daughter of a VEB - Prominvestbank - as a result of violation by Kiev of the agreement on mutual protection of investments. The document was signed between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the government of Russia in 1998.
Clarifies that the Corporation has acquired shares in Prominvestbank in 2008 and invested in its development more than 2, 7 billion.
Ukraine in March 2017 has imposed penalties against all five employees in the country structures of the Russian state-owned banks, as well as among them against Prominvestbank, forbidding them any financial transactions in favor of related persons, such as parent structures.
